Effective communication is one of the most successful techniques in human interactions, which is not only a sign of human politeness, intelligence and perfection, but also very effective in their mental health; Because it flourishes and improves the quality of human relationships with others. But today, with the changes in the field of behavior, lifestyle and modernization, human communication methods have undergone many changes, so that in most cases, people's communication methods have moved away from correct and efficient methods. Therefore, the present study uses the library and descriptive-analytical methods to test the hypothesis that the Qur'anic discourse in the field of effective communication has a very high model power that can be used to rely on behaviors, beliefs and attitudes in The field of interpersonal communication changed and gave human interactions a divine color with calmness and success. The results of this study show that in the Qur'anic discourse, trust, empathy, positivism and support are the main characteristics of effective communication, so that by awareness, education and culture of these characteristics, the process of interpersonal communication can be led to deification, happiness and success. Dad. اهتمام به مسئله ارتباط مؤثر، موضوعی است که هموارهبه عنوان اصلی مهّم در تعاملات بشری به شمار میرود؛ زیرا انسان موجودی اجتماعی است که به واسطه ارتباط و تعامل با دیگران تعریف میشود. برقراری ارتباط مؤثر، یکی از تکنیکهای موفقیّتآمیز در تعاملات بشری است که نه تنها نشانه ادب، شعور و کمال انسان بهشمار میرود، بلکه در سلامت روانی آنها نیز بسیار مؤثر است؛ چراکه موجب شکوفایی و بهبود کیفیت روابط انسانها با دیگران میشود. امّا امروزه با تحولات ایجاد شده در حوزه رفتاری، سبک زندگی و مدرنیته شدن، شیوههای ارتباطی انسانها دستخوش تغییر بسیاری شده است، به گونهای که روشهای ارتباطی مردم در بیشتر موارد از شیوههای صحیح و کارآمد به دور گشته است. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با روش کتابخانهای و توصیفی- تحلیلی، این فرضیه را مورد آزمون قرار میدهد که گفتمان قرآنی در عرصه برقراری ارتباط مؤثر از توان الگویی بسیار بالایی برخوردار است به گونهای که با استناد به آن میتوان رفتارها، باورها و نگرشها را در حوزه ارتباطات میانفردی تغییر داد و به تعاملات انسانی رنگ الهی همراه با آرامش و موفقیّت بخشید. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان میدهد که در گفتمان قرآنی اعتماد، همدلی، مثبتگرایی و حمایتگری از شاخصههای اصلی ارتباط مؤثر بهشمار میروند به گونهای که با آگاهیبخشی، تعلیم و فرهنگسازی این شاخصهها میتوان فرآیند ارتباطات میانفردی را به سمت الهی شدن، سعادتمندی و موفقیت سوق داد. https://style.quran.ac.ir/article_144289_25d99db87ed322eb8af532bab4ba1677.pdf
