Abstract
Examining the appropriateness of the verses of Surah Al-Mujadalah, with the approach of linear order, confronts the audience with challenges; Therefore, in this approach, the content of the Surah may be accused by superficialists due to the lack of appropriateness, the lack of definition of the purpose and general axis, as well as the reference to historical issues that are not valid in today's world. This is while the discovery of the appropriateness of the verses of the Surah by relying on Semitic rhetoric has achievements to defend the aforementioned cases; The application of Semitic rhetoric and the rules of symmetrical order in Surah Al-Mujadaleh illustrated the fit of its verses in three sections with a pattern of axial arrangement and reverse order, and showed that the reference to historical issues, in addition to the educational works that have been in the time of revelation, is a historical example to achieve the purpose It is a surah. The present research, using a descriptive-analytical method, proved that the use of Semitic rhetoric can be useful for understanding the purpose and main focus of the Qur'anic surahs, which have fallen into the aura of ambiguity due to the presentation of various topics in the surahs and a linear view of the appropriateness of the verses; As it was discovered with the help of the theory of Semitic rhetoric, the purpose and the main axis in Surah Al-Mujadalah, which is repeated in three sections alternately and governs the entire structure of the Surah.
