One way of expression in the holy Qur'an is to use figures of speech such as simile, metaphor, and irony to educate and guide human beings and make them think and rationalize their thinking. The expressive images that have emerged thus illustrate human life, its relation to the world of existence, the end of its life, the conditions of heaven and hell, the bless-ings and torments of the two, as well as the exemplary tales and such. In this study, various uses of expressive methods have been studied in a descriptive-analytic manner and in addition to addressing each of the mentioned figures of speech in a literary and educational-guidance sense, each of them has been analyzed. The result of the discussion shows that the way the Qur'an is expressed in human education is that all moral vir-tues and vices are portrayed in the Quranic text in a well-crafted and well-behaved manner. The beauty of good morality and the inferiority are illustrated to the man to teach him the lesson of life, and to make it a source of worldly life and the hereafter happiness.
