Human emotions can be divided into two sections of primary and secondary. According to the theories of psychologists on emotions, emotion of anger counts as one of the primary ones. There are principles in the Quran to guide humans from different aspects. These principles can be analyzed with different methods. The main question in this article is that what are the factors influencing this emotion? And our hypothesis is that those elements include words that have negative meanings. At first the study includes gathering information from the descriptions of the Quran and hadiths, and then the analysis begins. In literacy analysis, with considering the impact of the elements on the language technique, we tried to find more meanings and get closer to the purposes and the rulings of the verses. The surah of al-Baqarah is the longest surah in the Quran and it has many different principles. The emotion of anger in this surah exists in the meaning of the word “retribution” (Ghazab ) that we see in the verses of 61 and 90 of this surah. In these verses, various factors are found for the existence of this emotion, and by examining them, we find that disbelief (Kufr) is one of its key factors.
